Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NEXSUS WEB, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction across all our web design, development, digital marketing, and recruiting services provided under Service Level Agreements (SLA). This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Service Delivery and Acceptance
All services begin only after confirmation of payment and receipt of necessary client details. Once the project has started, we provide regular updates and seek approval for each milestone. Client approval of any milestone indicates satisfaction with the progress to date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment if project work has not yet begun. Once the project is initiated, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.
If a cancellation is approved, an administrative fee of up to 20% of the total project value may be deducted to cover consultation, planning, and setup costs.
3. Refund Policy
- Before Project Start: Full refund available if the project has not yet started and the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
- After Project Start: Partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.
- After Completion: No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are shared and approved.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds will not be provided for domain names, hosting, licenses, or any third-party tools once purchased or configured.
4. Recruiting Services under SLA
For recruiting and staffing services delivered under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), refunds or cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed agreement. Refunds are generally determined based on:
- Fulfillment of candidate placement or sourcing obligations.
- Compliance with agreed service quality and timelines.
- Termination or breach of contract by either party.
All refund-related matters for SLA-based recruiting services will follow the signed agreement and NEXSUS WEB’s business policies.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Client changes mind or direction after the project has started.
- Delays caused by the client in providing materials, content, or feedback.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or external providers.
6. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us first regarding any billing or service-related concerns before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues transparently and professionally.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction unless otherwise specified in writing.
