1. Agreement to Terms

5. Services Provided

Nexsus Web provides website development, digital design services and digital marketing solutions. All services are subject to our project engagement terms and further agreement with you. Use of the Website does not automatically authorize you to use any of our paid services without entering into a separate agreement.

6. Payment & Refund Terms

When purchasing any services from us, you agree to our payment terms as set out in a separate service agreement. Refunds (if any) will be handled according to that service agreement and any applicable local laws. In all cases, any fees or deposits paid may be non-refundable if so specified in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexsus Web, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website or Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to Nexsus Web in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You and Nexsus Web agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will cease immediately and you must destroy any downloaded materials.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexsus Web regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written.
